Kindly store product in freezer with -15 degree or below. Steam with medium low fire for 10 mins after thawed for 20 mins. Do not cover the lid entirely, insert a chopstick between lid & wok or tilt the lid slightly to prevent water vapour dripping on bun's surface directly.
