Workshop covers: -how to knead dough by using stand mixer -how to mix dough with natural color powder -tips of making mantou cake with fillings -tips of making 3D character -how to create the smooth surface and soft texture of mantou -tips on how to judge fermentation -tips on storage of buns and ways to resteam $258/pax, participants will bring home a set of 6" mantou cake base with 3D Kirby & cake pops. Lunch and beverages will be provided, however do have your breakfast before coming as we will start on time or 5 mins later.
